DS Cover : Fiber Reinforced Microcement

DS Cover is a ready-to-use, single-component powdered micro-cement designed for mixing with water. This cement-based product contains micronized powders, fibers, and polymer additives to enhance flexibility, prevent cracking, improve adhesion to all substrate surfaces, facilitate workability, and increase durability and resistance against weather elements, sunlight, and water.

DS Cover is available in white and gray colors and can accommodate various liquid and powdered pigments for color variations and increased texture diversity. It is commonly used as a substrate and final coating of micro-cement for interior and exterior walls—often without the need for a mesh.

DS Cover can be applied using trowels, various spatulas, rollers, stencils, stamps, and other painting tools to create different designs and colors on all types of building materials, including cement plasters, bricks, stones, and concrete, on both walls and floors. Once applied and fully dried, this product becomes very hard and durable, as well as waterproof.

The advantages of using DS Cover micro-cement include the ability to apply it on both dry and wet floors and walls, reducing dead load weight, reapplication flexibility, eliminating painting operations, eliminating moisture insulation, significantly reducing execution time and final finishing, and lowering overall costs
